Brian Haines describes himself as a workaholic, clocking 60 hours a week at a health care provider in the Indianapolis area. His son Damion is a full-time student.
Both attend the same school.
At Ivy Tech Community College, the father is studying for an associate degree in health care informatics, while the son pursues an associate degree in engineering, planning to finish his mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
“Finding something that I could conveniently work around my schedule and my budget was important to meet my goals,” Brian says.
